These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of goods in the online store www.nimawear.lt. By using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Ordering Goods

1. Orders are placed online at www.nimawear.lt.

2. The contract is considered concluded once the order is confirmed by email.

3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if:

• the goods are out of stock,

• payment has not been received,

• technical errors have occurred.

4. Prices and Payment

• Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), including VAT.

• Available payment methods:

• Online banking;

• Bank cards;

• Paysera, Stripe, or other payment operators.

• An invoice is provided by email.

5. Delivery

• Delivery time: 1–5 business days after payment.

• Delivery methods:

• Parcel lockers;

• Courier services.

• Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order.

• Delivery costs are non-refundable if the item is returned, except in cases of defective goods or incorrect delivery.

6. Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania and Government Resolution No. 697:

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

• The item must be:

• unused,

• undamaged,

• in its original packaging with labels.

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, except for defective goods.

7. Warranty and Quality Assurance

In accordance with the Civil Code:

• If the item is defective, the Buyer has the right to request:

• repair,

• replacement,

• price reduction,

• refund.

• Claims regarding product quality must be submitted within 2 years of receipt.

• Defects must be reported no later than 2 months after their discovery.
