1. Right of Return

A Buyer who has purchased an item from the online store nimawear.lt has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

• it has retained its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective elements not removed);

• it is in its original packaging;

• proof of purchase is provided (invoice or order number).

• the order number,

• the name of the item being returned,

• the reason (optional, but helps us improve).

The item must be shipped back within 14 days from the date of notifying us about the return.

Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless:

• the item was defective,

• the wrong item was delivered.
